We select staff who have a natural presentation style, to be friendly, welcoming, and always focused on the product. We put great emphasis on product training for our staff – they are inevitably the ‘face’ of the product in an in-store situation, and must be ready to be able to respond knowledgeably to any questions put to them.
As with all work undertaken by us, detailed reports feed information to the client to make sure each event is as productive as possible.
